About to start bottling "The White Goose", pretty un-eventful brew (wasn't much headspace in the fermentation bin but thankfully not spillage).

The samples over the last three days have been nice pale and nice and clear. Already thinking brewing more than 13L would have been a good idea.

Down to 1.014

Expecting 1.013 out of BeerSmith, but OG was a little higher at 1.052.

Settled on the name "Orange River Goose"

New Brew Finished

Just finished a new brew

with Glacier, Centennial and Hallertau hops
and Caramalt, Maris Otter, Pale Extract and Wheat
Safale S-04 yeast

I was plannig on a Purity Mad Goose clone, but the hops and grain wasn't quite right (Caragold missing), and the hops weren't quite right. I've decided since it wasn't quite the same that this could go in the direction of Indian River Light from Heartland brewery... so in went fresh orange zest, orange juice and corriander

I reckon this will be something special or something terrible.
